Chobani announced the purchase of coffee roaster La Colombe.
The deal is valued at $900 million.
As part of the deal, Keurig Dr Pepper is exchanging its stake in La Colombe into Chobani equity. Keurig Dr Pepper bought a 33% stake in La Colombe this summer for $300 million.
