Want to consume nearly two days worth of the recommended caloric intake in one sitting? Head to Red Robin.

According to a report from the Today.com, Red Robin's monster meal  was named the single unhealthiest meal of 2014 in the Center for Science in the Public Interest's "Xtreme Eating Awards."

The "monster-sized" A.1. peppercorn burger, bottomless steak fries and "monster-sized" salted caramel milkshake add up to a staggering 3,540 calories.

While not present in the Queen City, area residents have been known to indulge in Cheesecake Factory treats from time to time. Surprisingly, it wasn't the dozen varieties of cream cheese concoction that made the list, but a breakfast item: bruleed french toast.

Today.com reports the custard-soaked bread, topped with powdered sugar and served with maple-butter syrup and bacon, clocks in at 2,780 calories and with 93 grams of saturated fat – five days' worth – 2,230 milligrams of sodium – more than a day's worth – and 24 teaspoons of sugar – almost three days' worth.

Other offenders include the "Big Slab" of ribs meal at Famous Dave's, at 2,700 calories, and Joe's Crab Shack's "Big Hook Up" fried platter for 3,280 calories.
