Layla has been with SBJ Publishing, Inc. since October of 2001 and has worn at least a couple of different hats in that time. Layla began her career with us as an advertising account executive, later transitioning to office coordinator and sales assistant in the advertising department, and more recently returned to her first love as an account executive. She sees it as her current role to "partner with business in the southwest Missouri area to achieve their marketing/advertising goals and ultimately make their business more successful."

When asked what she likes best about her job, Layla was unable to narrow it down to one thing. She said, "I love the people I work with. Our staff is such a cohesive, caring unit that strives to deliver the best product possible to our readers and clients, and we have fun doing it! Working with my clients to help their businesses succeed is also a true pleasure. Meeting new people, hearing stories and being a part of their business's future is an honor."
