Nixa-based Latifi Engineering is the engineer for a 5,000-square-foot clinic that will house two physicians and a nurse practitioner for Missouri Highlands Health Care in Ironton, south of St. Louis. Bates & Associates Architects Inc. is the architect.
A general contractor has not yet been chosen for the estimated $800,000 project.
The design includes flexibility for the addition of a specialist at the clinic, which is scheduled for completion in spring 2009.
