Architects & Engineers Winter 2008 Project Report: Butler, Rosenbury & Partners Inc.

Butler, Rosenbury and Partners is the structural engineer and the architect for College Station LLC’s roughly $12 million retail development in downtown Springfield. Malone Finkle Eckhardt & Collins Inc. is the mechanical, electrical and plumbing engineer for the development, which comprises two buildings adjacent to the 14-screen Hollywood Theater, with approximately 47,000 square feet of lease space for retail and restaurants. Restaurant tenants will have the opportunity to offer outdoor dining on all levels, which will overlook a plaza. Guaranty Bank is the lender for the project, scheduled for completion in late summer.
