Architects & Engineers Winter 2008 Project Report: Euro World Design

Ozark-based Euro World Design is the architect for Citizens Bank of Newburg’s 9,000-square-foot insurance agency in Rolla. Engineers are Ozark Structures, structural; Elgin Surveying and Engineering Inc., civil; and Genesis Design Group, mechanical, electrical and plumbing. Interior design is by Denise Wright. With Old World, French-Normandy design, the approximately $1 million building will include a reception area, offices, a boardroom and a conference room.

There will be a turreted front entry with stone and stucco façades around the perimeter. The building will have a steep, pitched roof, with swooping shed rooflines, dormers, shutters and copper ornamentation, and the interior will have arches, timbers and glazed walls. The contractor is Mark Williams, and completion is scheduled for July.
