Creative Ink is the architect for Oklahoma Plaza, a 130-acre development in Claremore, Okla., by Bill Jester’s Resource Development Inc. Olsson Associates is the structural, civil, mechanical, electrical and plumbing engineer for the project, which will cost an estimated $110 million. The lender is Spirit Bank. The initial phase will be a 57-acre lifestyle center comprising more than 625,000 square feet. The high-density, mixed-use development will include specialty shops, restaurants, hotels, national retail anchors, a 14-screen cinema and office, and residential areas, including lofts. The design is pedestrian-friendly, with a linear greenway trail, community park and outdoor amphitheater. The general contractor is Great Wall Construction, and completion is slated for summer 2010.
