Legacy Bank and Trust

Plato-based Legacy Bank and Trust’s full-service Rogersville branch is under construction by general contractor GRS Construction. Esterly Schneider & Associates is the architect for the 8,000-square-foot, approximately $2.3 million facility. Engineers are Anderson Engineering Inc., civil; Malone Finkle Eckhardt & Collins Inc., mechanical, electrical and plumbing; and Bob D. Campbell & Co., structural. The single-story structure will feature offices, a board room and a conference room. There also will be four drive-through lanes, safety deposit boxes and a file room. Completion is scheduled for February.
