The Shoppes at Branson Mill

Springfield-based Carleton & Co. LLC is the developer of this 30,000-square-foot retail facility, which will offer 12 tenant bays ranging from 1,400 square feet to 4,000 square feet. The Construction Cos. LLC is the general contractor for the $1.6 million structure. Buxton-Kubik-Dodd Inc. is the architect and interior designer for the project. Engineers are Mettemeyer Engineering LLC, structural; Olsson Associates Inc., civil, mechanical, electrical and plumbing. The center is expected to open in January.
