Central Dodge

General contractor MoDoCo Inc. is building a truck sales building for Central Dodge, adjacent to its existing car dealership. Steve Lubbert, director of project development for MoDoCo, said Debbie Dock is project manager for the 3,250-square-foot facility. Lohmeyer-Russell PC is the architect. Engineers are Colvin Jones Davis LLC, mechanical, electrical and plumbing; and Mettemeyer Engineering LLC, structural and civil. According to a building permit on file with the city of Springfield, the estimated project cost is $480,000. Completion is slated for late November.
