Crosstech Construction Products

Majority owner Kevin Cross’ Crosstech Construction Products will relocate to a $1.35 million, 30,000-square-foot facility in Partnership Industrial Center West early next year. General contractor Williams Construction Inc. expects to finish the project Jan. 1. The architect is Werner & Associates. Engineers are Miller Engineering PC, structural; Crocker Consulting Engineers Inc., mechanical, electrical and plumbing; and Rozell Engineering Co. PC, civil. Crosstech, which manufactures components for stucco and exterior insulated foam system, or EIFS walls, will expand production of its Architectural Details line with the move from leased space at 1051 E. Lynn St.
