Metro Marketing, which makes maps for about 100 U.S. markets, will relocate to 5,000 square feet in a 7,500-square-foot facility under construction by general contractor Bill Mace. According to Metro Marketing owner Tom Nelson, the remaining space will be leased through leasing agent Bob Murray of R.B. Murray Co. H Design Group LLC is the architect for the wood-frame office building. Engineers are Deka Engineering LLC, civil; HBH Engineers LLC, structural; and Colvin Jones Davis LLC, mechanical, electrical and plumbing. Commerce Bank is the lender for the roughly $1.1 million project, which is scheduled for completion in January. Murray also serves as listing agent for Metro Marketing’s current location at 2029 E. Grand St.
