Engineer: Anderson Engineering Inc.

Anderson Engineering is the engineer for improvements to two downtown parking lots at Olive Street and Campbell Avenue for the city of Springfield. Butler, Rosenbury & Partners Inc. and Colvin Jones Davis LLC are serving as consultants on the project, and Kenney-Hall Construction Co. is the general contractor. The project, which has an estimated cost of $870,000, comprises the renovation of the two parking lots with a mixture of traditional and sustainable design. The addition of green space, bioswales native landscaping, living retaining walls and pervious concrete are included. Completion is slated for February 2008.
