Ross Williams Architects is the architect for Jamestown Plaza in the Jamestown Center west of Rogersville for Queen City Investment & Development LLC. Pinnacle Structures Inc. is providing the structural engineering, and Earl Bowlin is the mechanical and electrical engineer for the 27,340-square-foot project. Jamestown Plaza is a multi-use retail and office facility. Phase I has an estimated cost of $1.3 million, and Liberty Bank is the lender. Completion is expected in spring 2008.
