Architect: Lohmeyer-Russell Architects PC

Lohmeyer-Russell Architects is the architect for a four-story building addition to Students In Free Enterprises’ world headquarters. Mettemeyer Engineering is the structural and civil engineer, and Colvin Jones Davis LLC is the mechanical, electrical and plumbing engineer. The Killian Group of Cos. is the general contractor for the approximately $4.65 million project, which is slated for completion in 2008. Designed to blend a contemporary style with existing structure, the addition comprises offices and educational facilities to support SIFE’s world training mission. The addition is connected to the existing building by a new entry structure, which has a two-story lobby, executive offices and meeting space.
