Architect: Gaskin Hill Norcross of Missouri Inc.

Gaskin Hill Norcross of Missouri Inc., which does business as GHN Architects/Engineers, is the architect, mechanical and electrical engineer and the interior designer for the West Plains City Hall and Police Department additions. Gentry Construction is the general contractor for the approximately $4.3 million project, which comprises the addition of 24,000 square feet to the existing City Hall complex. That space includes a new Police Department, with administration and support space, exercise and locker rooms and an emergency operations center. The addition also will provide space for city administration, City Council and municipal court. Completion is slated for winter.
