Project Profile: College Station Car Park

DeWitt & Associates is the general contractor for the $8.69 million College Station Car Park, which will have 35,000 square feet of retail space on the first floor and nearly 400 parking spaces on the four upper floors. National parking facilities planner Desman Associates is the architect of record and the structural engineer for the car park. Butler, Rosenbury & Partners Inc. is the façade architect, and Malone Finkle Eckhardt & Collins is the mechanical, electrical and plumbing engineer. The city of Springfield is the developer for College Station Car Park, slated for completion in January.
