Chambers Mini-Storage

Southwest Builders Inc. is the general contractor for owner/developer Mike Chambers’ ministorage facility. Chamberlain Architects designed the seven-building project, comprising 31,951 square feet. Engineers are Miller Engineers PC, structural; and LaRose & Schober Engineering Inc., mechanical, electrical and plumbing. According to building permits filed with the city of Springfield, the estimated construction cost for the project is $800,000. Jeff Julich, owner of Southwest Builders, said the project will be finished this month.
