Whiteside Clinic expansion

DeWitt & Associates is the general contractor for the addition of two floors to St. John’s Regional Health System’s Whiteside facility. Ireland and Associates Inc. is the architect. Engineers are C&R Mechanical, mechanical; Stahl & Ponder, electrical; and Packard Engineering, structural. Interior Planning Consultants is the interior designer. The addition of floors was included in the building’s original design. The new space will house medical suites currently in St. John’s National Avenue Medical Building, which will be torn down to make room for a heart hospital. The clinic expansion is slated for completion in January.
