Great River Engineering of Springfield Inc. is the engineer for LakeStyle Cottages, a gated, six-acre cluster of upscale houses on Table Rock Lake. Joe Killian Contractors LLC of Springfield is the general contractor for owner/developer Clinton Kasten of LakeStyle Investments LLC. The master-planned community is slated for completion this summer and will include a community well, a state-of-the-art wastewater treatment facility, a walking trail and other amenities to be maintained by a homeowners’ association. A community boat dock will be located within walking distance of the residential development.
