Kimbrough Design Studio is the architect for Pheasant Run Development’s Evergreen Apartments in Hollister. The project comprises six two-bedroom, townhome-style apartments. Silverhill Co. LLC is the structural engineer and LaRose & Schober Engineering Inc. is the mechanical engineer for the approximately $650,000 project. Calaveras Builders is the general contractor; a completion date for the development has not been set.
