Godwin & Associates is the architect and engineer for a new office building for project owner Alan Humphreys. The 7,400-square-foot structure will have a new office for American Centre Humphreys Properties LLC in Ozark. Four spaces also will be available for lease in the building, which has an estimated cost of $600,000. Don Russell Builders is the general contractor. Completion is set for this summer.
