Architects: Buxton-Kubik-Dodd Inc.

Buxton-Kubik-Dodd Inc. is the architect for the renovations of the facility that will be a new location for Southwest Community Bank. The project comprises the complete renovation of the former The Signature Bank location at 3333 E. Battlefield Road in Deerfield Office Park for Southwest Community Bank. LaRose & Schober Engineering Inc. is the mechanical engineer, and Wells & Scaletty LLC is the structural engineer. Bailey Co. is the general contractor. The exterior of the multitenant office building is being remodeled with an updated wood-panel look and a glass storefront. The work incorporates a new two-story main entrance vestibule, and parking is being reorganized to improve customer access. The interior will have new finishes, furniture and artwork. The work will be done in two phases with Phase I comprising renovations to corporate office spaces and Phase II comprising renovations of public and teller spaces. Completion is scheduled for the spring.
