Bates & Associates Inc. is the architect for Assemblies of God Financial’s new headquarters on South Kansas Expressway. Colvin Jones Davis LLC is the mechanical, electrical and plumbing engineer, and Wells & Scaletty LLC is the structural engineer. Missouri Supermarket Builders is the general contractor for the approximately 70,000-square-foot building, which has an estimated cost of $9.5 million. The building’s two- and three-story façades will be primarily brick and glass. The floor plan will maximize flexibility and allow for adaptation to future needs while focusing on energy efficiency. The estimated completion date is to be determined.
