Top Jack Henry execs trade over 100K shares

Jack Henry & Associates Inc. (Nasdaq: JKHY) today disclosed its top four executives recently traded more than 116,000 company shares.

The transactions at $86.18 per share took place Sept. 10 from Executive Chairman Jack Prim, Chief Financial Officer Kevin Williams, President and CEO David Foss and Vice President and Chief Technology Officer Mark Forbis, according to filings with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission.  

Prim bought and sold the most shares among his colleagues, purchasing 47,564 shares for an investment of $4.1 million and selling 27,827 shares for $2.4 million.

Williams who acquired 13,318 shares for $1.1 million and sold 9,376 for $808,024, while Foss bought 8,535 shares for $735,546 and disposed of 2,636 for $227,171.

Rounding out the transactions was Forbis, who picked up 5,626 shares for a $484,849 investment and let go of 1,877 shares for $161,760, according to the filings.

The Monett-based financial industry software firm ended its fiscal year on June 30 with yearly net income of $248.9 million, an 18 percent increase. Annual revenue rose 8 percent to $1.4 billion.

JKHY shares were trading at $85.79 as of 10:26 a.m., compared with a 52-week range of $68.09 to $89.89.
