Twilight Grille

Keith and Neletha Fuemmeler opened Twilight Grille on Dec. 20 at 1717 E. Cherokee St., Ste. 101, the former Bombay Bicycle Club site. Keith Fuemmeler, a former chef for Bombay Bicycle Club and Chardonnay, said Twilight Grille offers steaks, seafood, pastas and salads for dinner and sandwiches and some dinner items for lunch. Dinner entrees range from $6 to $23. Jim Garland and Tom Smith opened Bombay Bicycle Club at that spot in September 2005, but dwindling sales caused it to close in October, Fuemmeler said. Lunch hours: 11 a.m.–2 p.m. Monday through Saturday. Dinner hours: 5–10 p.m. Monday through Thursday and 5–11 p.m. Friday and Saturday. Phone: (417) 886-7116.

Kinney Billiards

Kelly Kinney Lee and undisclosed partners relocated Kinney Billiards on Nov. 1. They closed stores at 3260 S. Campbell Ave. and 525 S. Glenstone Ave. and opened a store at 505 S. Glenstone Ave. The new, 7,000-square-foot store doubles the space of the previous locations combined, Kinney Lee said. Kinney Billiards sells entertainment items, including pool tables, poker supplies, jukeboxes and arcade games. Hours: 8:30 a.m.–6 p.m. Monday through Friday and 10:30 a.m.–5 p.m. Saturday. Phone: (417) 831-0209.

Bush, Ramlow and Shore PC

A Springfield accounting firm is under new ownership and a new name. Hayes, Ramlow and Bush PC has changed to Bush, Ramlow and Shore PC after David Hayes left to do consulting work and Jeff Shore came on-board as partner. Shore, previously employed with Noble, joined Greg Bush and Darin Ramlow on Sept. 11. The firm, located at 5051 S. National Ave., Ste. 4-100, offers commercial and personal accounting and tax services. All three partners are certified public accountants. Hours: 8:30 a.m.–5 p.m. Monday through Friday. Phone: (417) 877-0505.
