Chipotle's E. coli hangover lingers as sales plunge again

A food-safety crisis involving E. coli last year is still keeping customers away from Chipotle Mexican Grill.

Comparable store sales dropped 23.6 percent in the second quarter, marking the third straight decline.

Revenue declined to $998.4 million from $1.2 billion. Profits also were down by 82 percent.
