My husband would walk a mile in the snow to keep from paying for parking. Some of the places we have parked! One of these days he is going to be towed.
For me this was a confusing question, because I do pay for parking at the airport quite often. I'm guessing that you didn't mean to include the airport. If you wanted to exclude the airport for a more clear picture that would possibly help.
