US vows diplomatic boycott of Beijing Winter Games

The United States announced a planned diplomatic boycott of the Beijing Winter Games in China next year.

Jen Psaki, White House press secretary, alluded to treatment of ethnic minorities in China by saying the United States has a "fundamental commitment to promoting human rights."

China countered by accusing the United States of violating the Olympic spirit. Foreign Ministry spokesperson Zhao Lijian cited "ideological prejudice" that's "based on lies and rumors."

Boycott the Olympics all together. Put on our own series of winter sports and invite the part of the world that supports Human Rights and does not support theft of intellectual business and military secrets. CCP can't spin this into an "ideological prejudice" that's "based on lies and rumors."
