A southwest Missouri fireworks operation has made a new acquisition after a separate deal was announced earlier this fall.
Rialto, California-based Pyro Spectaculars, which was acquired in September by an affiliate of Springfield-based Ingram Enterprises Inc., now has purchased southwest Missouri business Encore Pyrotechnics, according to a news release. The financial terms of the deal were not disclosed in the release issued Nov. 4.
"This partnership allows us to expand our book of business and introduce new and exciting opportunities to the industry right here in the Midwest," said Joey Taylor, previous Encore owner, in the release.
Encore is a fireworks display provider for southwest Missouri events. Pyro Spectaculars, too, operates fireworks displays.
"Together, we will offer new opportunities for industry professionals to honor our cherished fireworks traditions," said Christopher Souza, vice president of operations for Pyro Spectaculars, in the release.
Encore Pyrotechnics is based in Ozark, according to Missouri secretary of state listings.
