Miller Engineering PC is the structural engineer on The Warren, a four-story mixed-use building across from The Momentary arts and events center in Bentonville, Arkansas. With office and retail space on the ground floor, the second floor will house offices, the third floor is designed with residential condos, and the fourth floor and rooftop will be a gathering space with a potential for private party leasing. Burris Architecture (Bentonville) is the project architect, with additional engineering work by Sand Creek Engineering and Landscape Architecture Inc. (Bentonville), civil; and Prigm Engineering (Fayetteville, Arkansas), mechanical, electrical and plumbing. A general contractor has yet to be selected for the project expected to wrap in September 2022.
April 7 was the official opening day for Mexican-Italian fusion restaurant Show Me Chuy after a soft launch that started March 31; marketing agency AdZen debuted; and the Almighty Sando Shop opened a brick-and-mortar space.
