BiBi Office Complex

H Design Group LLC is the project architect for the six-story BiBi Office Complex at the southwest corner of James River Freeway and National Avenue being developed by BiBi Investments and Development LLC. This 41,000-square-foot building features a modern aesthetic and utilizes natural daylight and a patterned brick facade, design officials say. Amenities for the complex, being built by general contractor Base Construction & Management LLC, include covered parking for both cars and bicycles and outdoor patio spaces. The developer, who does not wish to be identified, is in talks with multiple potential tenants including corporations, a bank, equity firms, and medical and law firms, project officials say. Engineering work is by J&M Engineering LLC, structural; CJD Engineering LLC, mechanical, electrical and plumbing; and Olsson Inc., civil and landscape architect. Construction is scheduled to be complete by early 2023.
