Slone Architects PC is designing a four-story, 113-unit Candlewood Suites in Odessa, Texas, for personal and business travelers. Thomas Construction (Osage Beach) is the general contractor for the $11 million hotel, and additional engineering work is provided by Newton Engineering PC (Midland, Texas), civil; Mettemeyer Engineering LLC, structural; KDC Associates (Midland, Texas), landscape; and Interpres Building Solutions LLC, mechanical, electrical and plumbing. The project is expected to be completed in summer 2020.
Dame Chiropractic LLC emerged as the new name of Harshman Chiropractic Clinic LLC with the purchase of the business; Leo Kim added a second venture, Keikeu LLC, to 14 Mill Market; and Mercy Springfield Communities opened its second primary care clinic in Ozark.
