Omni Engineers Inc. (Rogers, Arkansas) is the mechanical, electrical and plumbing engineer for a 7,500-square-foot retail center near Bass Pro Shops. Plans call for the property to accommodate multiple retail tenants, as well as space to build a restaurant. Officials say a mix of brick, wood and stone will bring an updated look to the northeast corner of Campbell Avenue and Sunshine Street. The Lamar Johnson Collaborative LLC is project architect, and Base Construction & Management LLC is the general contractor. Additional engineering work is by CJW Transportation Consultants LLC, civil and landscape; and Wells & Scaletty LLC, structural. The project is slated for completion in December.
Dame Chiropractic LLC emerged as the new name of Harshman Chiropractic Clinic LLC with the purchase of the business; Leo Kim added a second venture, Keikeu LLC, to 14 Mill Market; and Mercy Springfield Communities opened its second primary care clinic in Ozark.
