Multipli Credit Union headquarters

H Design Group LLC is the project architect for Multipli Credit Union’s new 40,000-square-foot headquarters and branch, a relocation from its North Benton Avenue office. Design plans call for a modern two-story building, an underground parking garage, rooftop patio and 10,000 square feet of space available for lease. Project costs and a general contractor are yet to be determined. Engineering work is by Olsson Inc., civil; Mettemeyer Engineering LLC, structural; and CJD Engineering LLC, mechanical, electrical and plumbing engineer. The headquarters and branch is slated for completion in August 2020.
April 7 was the official opening day for Mexican-Italian fusion restaurant Show Me Chuy after a soft launch that started March 31; marketing agency AdZen debuted; and the Almighty Sando Shop opened a brick-and-mortar space.
