Conway-Duncan Inc. is general contractor and mechanical, electrical and plumbing engineer for an update of its offices, as well as an update to the Avant Interiors office. The project divides a space in the Monarch Art Factory into two suites while maintaining a shared common area. Plans include a multizone heating and air unit, LED lighting throughout and updated finishes. Hunter & Millard Architects Inc. (Joplin) is the project architect, and Contained Construction is construction manager. The project is slated for completion by September.
Utah-based gourmet cookie chain Crumbl Cookies opened its first Springfield shop; interior design business Branson Upstaging LLC relocated; and Lauren Ashley Dance Center LLC added a second location.
