Baron Design & Associates LLC designed an $18.5 million, two-story apartment complex with 153 units in Battlefield. Plans call for a modern look with an outdoor pool, pickleball courts, covered parking and single-car garages. JSB Investments LLC is the general contractor, with engineering work by Anderson Engineering Inc., civil; Miller Engineering PC, structural; and Building Systems Design Group LLC, mechanical, electrical and plumbing. The project is slated for completion in May 2021.
April 7 was the official opening day for Mexican-Italian fusion restaurant Show Me Chuy after a soft launch that started March 31; marketing agency AdZen debuted; and the Almighty Sando Shop opened a brick-and-mortar space.
