STL company plans $400M development in suburb

St. Louis-based Green Street Real Estate Ventures is planning a $400 million project in the suburb of Brentwood.

The proposal calls on apartments, townhomes, offices and commercial options. Commercial features may include a hotel and microbrewery.

The work would span 40 acres.
