STL-area roofing company acquired

A Texas company has acquired a St. Louis-area roofing company.

Dallas-based Omnia Exterior Solutions purchased St. Charles-based Brandon J. Roofing for undisclosed terms.

Founded by Brandon Kowalski in 2018, Brandon J. Roofing has grown to more than 40 employees and 250 installers.
