Enterprise Self Storage is marking its first anniversary in business with an expansion.
The 1610 S. Enterprise Ave. venture, launched in May 2024 by SRC Holdings Corp., is adding 63 units, according to a news release.
Danielle Rapp, marketing and communications manager for SRC Holdings Corp., said via email that the expansion is slated for completion by May 1. She declined to disclose the cost and general contractor for the expansion, which brings Enterprise Self Storage up to 363 units.
“It has been fun this past year to meet and serve our new customers. Our growth has been steady since the day we opened,” said Kim Bell, property manager at SRC Holdings Corp., in the release. “Finishing the new building is coming at the perfect time for both our facility and customers.”
