Kinetic Design and Development LLC
Kinetic Design and Development LLC is the architect for Driftwood Shores, a 4-acre community of lakefront and lake-view homes. Near the Little Aunts Creek Cove on Table Rock Lake, officials say the gentle slope to the shoreline is a unique property feature. Master’s Plan Construction LLC is the project architect, and CivilPlan LLC is the civil engineer. The project, slated for completion in September, is financed by Table Rock Community Bank.
The congregation at Crossway Baptist Church is building a children’s wing at the west end of the church, and beginning in 2024, it will be home to a Christian academy.
