Boti Architects LLC is electrical engineer for the six-story, 88,000-square-foot hotel in Phoenix. Anish Hotels Group (Tulsa, Oklahoma) is developing the 148-room extended stay hotel with Ram Construction LLC (Tulsa, Oklahoma) as general contractor. SQD Architects (Tulsa, Oklahoma) is designing the project, with engineering by CVL Consultants (Phoenix, Arizona), civil; SEDG LLC (Houston, Texas), structural; and Burrows & Associates (Alma, Arkansas), mechanical and plumbing. The project is slated for completion in February 2022.
