Oke-Thomas & Associates Inc. is the architect for a 40,000-square-foot advanced manufacturing plant addition to address fabrication, manufacturing processing and preventive equipment maintenance for American Epoxy Scientific. The plant makes epoxy countertops and facade plates for local and international processing plants. This $3.5 million addition by general contractor Gregory Construction Inc. (Jackson) includes a two-story office and administrative tower. Engineering work is by Strider Consulting Inc. (Arkansas), civil and landscape; Miller Engineering PC, structural; and Green Engineering LLC, mechanical, electrical and plumbing. The project is expected to be completed by the end of March.
