Interpres Building Solutions LLC is the mechanical, electrical and plumbing engineer for a new facility on the campus of State Fair Community College. The 36,000-square-foot building will house a 66-booth welding lab, a machine tool computer numerical control lab, seven classrooms and support spaces. Sapp Design Associates Architects PC is the project architect, with engineering work by Engineering Surveys and Services LLC (Columbia), civil, and Toth & Associates Inc., structural. A general contractor has not been selected. The project is slated for completion by August 2021.
