Esterly Schneider & Associates Inc. is the project architect for Sunshine Eye Clinic’s remodel to upgrade its eye care facility, including new exam rooms, refreshing its retail area and expanding the contact lens shop. The remodel also includes a new welcome center and new testing centers for patients. With DeWitt and Associates Inc. as general contractor, the exterior will be upgraded with a new building facade and entry. The project is valued at $600,000, according to a city building permit. Mettemeyer Engineering LLC is the structural engineer, and Interpres Building Solutions LLC is the mechanical, electrical and plumbing engineer. The project is slated for completion by September.
