A southeast Missouri meat production company in Pocahontas is under new ownership.
Revis Reisenbichler sold Reis Meat Processing to Brett Peterson, of Herculaneum, his father, St. Charles resident Ralph Peterson, and his friend, Erich Klotz, of St. Louis. The deal finalized June 13.
The business started as a farm in Cape Girardeau County in the 1960s, and its plant was built in 1971.
