SDC pens 10-year sponsorship deal with Arvest

Posted online

Silver Dollar City signed a sponsorship deal with Arvest Bank for the next decade.

Through the agreement, Arvest will become an official sponsor at the theme park, as well as other Herschend Family Entertainment Corp. properties in White Water, Showboat Branson Belle and the Silver Dollar City Campground, according to a news release. SDC spokesperson Lisa Rau declined to disclose the financial terms of the sponsorship.

“Arvest’s commitment to their communities, along with their reputation for delivering great customer service, aligns well with our brand and our culture," said Brad Thomas, president of Silver Dollar City Attractions, in the release. "Our guests are our top priority, and we know that Arvest’s customers are their top priority as well.”

The multifaceted deal positions Arvest to sponsor the theme park's Star-Spangled Summer and Echo Hollow amphitheater. Additionally, Arvest customers will have access to discounted tickets.

Rau said Arvest joins sponsors including Coca-Cola, Silver Dollar City's longest-running partner going back decades.

"We are genuinely excited about Arvest Bank as they have a strong culture and they are very strong in Oklahoma and Arkansas, which are significant growth markets for visitors to Branson and Silver Dollar City," Rau said via email.

Silver Dollar City recently announced it would open for the season at its normal time this year after multiple delays in 2020 brought on by the COVID-19 pandemic. The Branson theme park is set to launch March 17.
