Russell Cellular Inc. created five new divisions within the company and promoted employees to lead them.

The Battlefield-based Verizon wireless retail agent's new divisions are information technology, inventory, sales operations, accounting and employee services, according to a news release.

"We continue to develop our structure and define our teams," said Jeven Russell, the company's co-president, in the release. "We understand that we only exist to support our customers and employees at our retail stores, and we can't operate our locations without the excellent teams we have at our home office."

To lead the new divisions, Jon Keatts was promoted to vice president of information technology, Andrew Howe was promoted to vice president of inventory, Tina Crewse was promoted to director of sales operations, Katrina Gilmore was promoted to director of accounting and Diane Manning was promoted to director of employee services.

Nathan Mindeman, Russell Cellular's chief strategy officer, said via email that Keatts oversees 38 positions, with Howe overseeing 27, Crewse overseeing 15, Gilmore overseeing 20 and Manning overseeing 16.

The new divisions and leaders were announced inside the company Jan. 14 and went into effect over the weekend, according to the release.

In the fall, Russell Cellular announced a series of promotions that included Russell's upgrade to co-president. He previously was vice president of operations, according to past reporting.

Russell Cellular in 2021 ranked No. 2 on Springfield Business Journal's Dynamic Dozen fast-growth awards list. The company reported 2020 revenue of $664.5 million, representing three-year growth of 57%.

The company ended 2021 with an estimated $860 million in revenue, Mindeman said.
