The Trump administration is reportedly cutting the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau's workforce by 90%.
An administration official who spoke anonymously with The Associated Press said roughly 1,500 employees would be out of jobs. That would leave the CFPB with roughly 200 employees.
The National Treasury Employees Union is challenging the move.
