The Rieger, a popular restaurant in Kansas City, is closing its doors.
Company officials cited the coronavirus pandemic for the planned Oct. 31 closure. They said they're hopeful of a relaunch date in the future.
The restaurant is located in the former Rieger Hotel building that opened in 1915, according to its website.
